Interlink Evergreen Realty Corporation is a licence holding brokerage that provides inactive real estate agents a choice to “park” their licences rather than putting their licences on inactive status. We are licensed under the Real Estate Council of British Columbia, but do not belong to any of the BC local real estate board. In order word, real estate licensees who joined our company do not have to pay for the local board dues and fee – that means a huge cut in expenses for inactive real estate agents.
We are affiliated with our sister company Interlink Realty to provide all sorts assistance to our associates when needed. Interlink Realty is a full service real estate brokerage, providing residential sales, commercial sales and property management services in BC. There are close to 200 active real estate agents in the company who may have the clients or properties that your client is looking for. Interlink Realty will be your referral agent when needed.
